SehatKart

Pharmacy Partner Agreement

Last updated: June 2026

1. Overview

This page summarises the terms under which a pharmacy may list its products and accept orders on the SehatKart platform. By registering your pharmacy on SehatKart, you agree to these terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

  • Your pharmacy must hold a valid Drug License issued by DRAP (Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan)
  • Your pharmacy must operate physically within Sadiqabad or our active service areas
  • You must provide accurate business registration and license documents during onboarding

3. Subscription Plans

After a 3-month free trial, pharmacies are billed monthly based on selected tier:

  • Basic — Rs. 1,999/month — up to 100 products
  • Growth — Rs. 3,499/month — up to 500 products (most popular)
  • Pro — Rs. 5,999/month — up to 1,000 products
  • Premium — Rs. 9,999/month — unlimited products

4. Pharmacy Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date product listings including price and stock availability
  • Confirm or reject incoming orders within a reasonable time to avoid auto-cancellation
  • Ensure all medicines are authentic, properly stored, and within expiry
  • Never list or fulfil orders for prohibited products (see Section 6)
  • Respond to prescription verification requests promptly

5. Order Fulfilment Process

When a customer places an order, your pharmacy and all active riders are notified simultaneously. Once you confirm the order, riders are notified to accept and collect it. You are responsible for having the order ready for pickup once confirmed.

6. Prohibited Products

SehatKart does not permit the listing or sale of:

  • Products of Israeli origin
  • Counterfeit or unregistered medicines
  • Any product not covered by your DRAP license

Life-saving medicines are permitted regardless of manufacturer origin, in line with SehatKart's platform-wide policy.

7. Payments to Pharmacies

SehatKart riders collect payment from the customer at the time of delivery (Cash on Delivery, JazzCash, or EasyPaisa).

For every order, the rider pays the pharmacy directly for the cost of the medicines before collecting them. Pharmacies should:

  • Confirm payment has been received from the rider before handing over the medicines
  • Issue a receipt or note for the rider's records, where possible
  • Report any payment discrepancy to SehatKart support immediately via WhatsApp

The SehatKart platform fee and delivery fee are collected by the rider from the customer and are separate from the pharmacy's medicine payment. Pharmacies are not required to settle separately with SehatKart for individual orders — only the subscription fee (Section 3) is billed monthly.

8. Suspension & Termination

SehatKart reserves the right to suspend or remove any pharmacy from the platform for repeated order cancellations, expired licenses, customer complaints regarding product authenticity, or violation of this agreement. Pharmacies may also request removal from the platform at any time by contacting support.

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pakistan, consistent with SehatKart's general Terms of Service.
