Last updated: June 2026

1. Introduction

Welcome to SehatKart (sehatkart.co). SehatKart is a medicine delivery platform operating in Sadiqabad, Punjab, Pakistan. By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before placing any order.

SehatKart is operated as a marketplace platform that connects customers with local pharmacies in Sadiqabad. We are not a pharmacy ourselves.

2. Service Description

SehatKart provides an online platform where:

  • Customers can browse medicines from verified local pharmacies in Sadiqabad
  • Customers can place orders and receive delivery to their homes
  • Pharmacies can list their products and manage orders
  • Our riders deliver orders from pharmacy to customer

We currently serve 37 areas within Sadiqabad only. We do not deliver outside Sadiqabad at this time.

2b. Rider Services

Delivery is carried out by independent riders registered on the SehatKart platform. Riders are not employees of SehatKart. While we take reasonable steps to verify riders, SehatKart is not liable for delays, accidents, or damage to goods caused during delivery by a rider.

3. Platform Fee

A non-refundable platform fee of Rs. 30 applies to every order placed through SehatKart. This fee covers platform maintenance and operations. A delivery fee of Rs. 130 is also charged per order.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate delivery information including name, WhatsApp number, area, and address
  • For prescription medicines, you are responsible for having a valid prescription
  • You must be 18 years or older to use SehatKart
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of the medicines you order
  • Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the order
  • SehatKart and our partner pharmacies reserve the right to cancel any order for a prescription-only medicine if a valid prescription is not provided. In such cases, the platform fee for that order is refunded in full.

5. Pharmacy Responsibilities

  • All listed pharmacies must hold a valid Drug License from DRAP
  • Pharmacies must ensure all listed medicines are authentic and properly stored
  • Pharmacies must confirm orders promptly and maintain accurate stock information
  • Pharmacies pay a subscription fee based on their selected plan after a 3-month free trial — see our pharmacy pricing for full details

6. Payments

SehatKart accepts the following payment methods:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) — Pay when your order arrives
  • JazzCash — Mobile wallet payment
  • EasyPaisa — Mobile wallet payment

Platform fees and delivery charges are non-refundable once an order has been placed.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be cancelled before the pharmacy confirms them via the SehatKart platform. Once confirmed, cancellation is subject to the pharmacy's discretion.

If a medicine is unavailable after ordering, SehatKart will notify you via WhatsApp and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.

Refunds for prepaid orders (JazzCash / EasyPaisa) are processed by SehatKart within 3-5 business days to the original payment method.

Cash on Delivery orders are not eligible for a monetary refund through our platform — contact the pharmacy directly for COD-related disputes.

The Rs. 30 platform fee and Rs. 130 delivery fee are non-refundable once a rider has been assigned to the order.

For full details, see our Refund Policy.

  • Medical advice or prescription guidance
  • Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
  • Quality of medicines (pharmacies are responsible for this)
