  • Order Information: Delivery area, street address, medicines ordered, payment method
  • Device Information: Browser type, IP address (collected automatically)
  • Communication: Messages you send to us via WhatsApp or email

2b. Health & Prescription Information

If you choose to share a prescription or medical document when placing an order, we collect the health information contained in that document. This information is used solely to verify and fulfil your order and is shared only with the pharmacy fulfilling that specific order. We do not store prescription images after your order is marked as delivered or cancelled.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • To process and deliver your medicine orders
  • To send you order confirmations and delivery updates via WhatsApp
  • To contact you about your account or orders
  • To improve our platform and services
  • To comply with legal obligations

4. Information Sharing

We share your information only when necessary:

  • With Pharmacies: Your name, phone, area, address, and order details are shared with the pharmacy fulfilling your order
  • With Our Rider: Your name, phone, area, and address are shared with the delivery rider
  • We never sell your data to third parties or advertisers
  • We do not share your data with any company outside of SehatKart operations

4b. Third-Party Service Providers

We use the following third-party services to operate SehatKart:

  • Hostinger — website hosting and data storage
  • WhatsApp Business — order communication and delivery updates
  • JazzCash / EasyPaisa — payment processing

These providers process your data only as needed to deliver their service to SehatKart and maintain their own privacy policies.

5. WhatsApp Communication

By placing an order on SehatKart, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages related to your order, including:

  • Order confirmation messages
  • Delivery status updates
  • Rider contact details when your order is on the way

We will not send you promotional messages without your explicit consent.

6. Data Storage & Security

  • Your data is stored securely on our hosting servers in compliance with industry standards
  • Passwords are encrypted and never stored in plain text
  • We use SSL encryption (HTTPS) on all pages
  • Your data is never transferred to servers outside Pakistan without your consent

We retain your account data for as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
