2b. Health & Prescription Information
If you choose to share a prescription or medical document when placing an order, we collect the health information contained in that document. This information is used solely to verify and fulfil your order and is shared only with the pharmacy fulfilling that specific order. We do not store prescription images after your order is marked as delivered or cancelled.

- Hostinger — website hosting and data storage
- WhatsApp Business — order communication and delivery updates
- JazzCash / EasyPaisa — payment processing
These providers process your data only as needed to deliver their service to SehatKart and maintain their own privacy policies.
5. WhatsApp Communication
By placing an order on SehatKart, you consent to receiving WhatsApp messages related to your order, including:
- Order confirmation messages
- Delivery status updates
- Rider contact details when your order is on the way
We will not send you promotional messages without your explicit consent.

- Your data is stored securely on our hosting servers in compliance with industry standards
